We will ensure that your information is held for as long as it is required, and no longer. This will be reviewed annually, every May. Any information retained which is no longer relevant to our business function and relationship with you will be disposed of in a safe and secure manner.

Disclosing your data

We will never share your information for marketing purposes.  However, we may share your details with third parties relevant to particular projects that you, and we, are involved in. For example, local authorities, our legal representatives, other professional service providers. We will only provide these third parties with information they need to deliver the service we have engaged them in. We may also share your information if legally instructed to by courts, police of other law enforcement agencies.
