Our Team

Following graduation from the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester, Stuart joined Low Carbon in 2010.

During the four and a half years that followed, he developed 185MW (900 acres) of solar PV, comprising of over 20 schemes from Cornwall to Lincolnshire, including the UK’s first three 5MW solar farms.

Stuart joined Raw Energy in 2015.

Since then, Stuart has worked across all forms of renewable technology and has been through many project finance and re-financing rounds. He spends his time advising and working on various M&A transactions, successfully representing developers and asset owners with buyers from the UK and overseas.

In 2018 Stuart co-founded Raw Infrastructure (trading as Raw Charging) with Will Watts and following significant growth, sold the company to Gulf UK in 2021. In the same year Stuart closed the financing on Raw Energy’s own biomethane plant with the Parisian fund Swen Capital and built it with HoSt Bioenergy Systems.

Alongside his work at Raw Energy, Stuart is also CEO of the property company Albion Quarters.

Harriet joined Raw Autumn 2015 as Head of Project Delivery following 3 years with Inazin where she met Stuart.

Whilst at Inazin she had a dual role of Project Coordinator and Grid Manager involved with the development of 173MW.

Harriet project coordinates large-scale solar projects through development and due diligence, ensuring clean & organised paper projects. As Grid Manager she successfully builds relationships with Network Operators in both gas and electricity and has submitted 1000s of grid applications.

Founding member of Rabobank’s Renewables Finance Department, where he was Global Head of Solar investment. William was responsible for Rabo’s involvement in more than €1 Bio worth of Solar installations. He also managed transactions in Wind, Biofuels and Biomass.

William founded the Low Carbon Group, one of the largest developers of UK Solar installations and now successful fund manager, where he met Stuart.

William founded Raw in 2012 with the intention of making a diverse business group that addresses the pressing resource and sustainability problems of the 21st century in an ethical manner.

The final member of the team is Sika, our very own office dog. Bedlington whippets are capable of up to thirty-five miles per hour, but you will rarely encounter him hitting these heady speeds in the office. He is chiefly responsible for taking lengthy naps and whilst he may not be the most productive member of the team, he certainly succeeds in keeping up morale with aplomb!

Debbie joined Raw Energy in July 2022. Her accounts experience covers practise, small businesses and large international companies both in the UK and abroad.
Since going self employed in 2006 Debbie has managed a client base of 5 different firms. Debbie has really enjoyed developing her knowledge of the sustainable projects Raw Energy work on and looks forward to the exciting future ahead.

Daisy joined Raw Energy as a freelance consultant in March 2023. With a history working at Bulb Energy and for the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Daisy oozes a passion for sustainability with a key interest in solar panels and wind energy.
Her passion for sustainability is evident from her most recent expedition – rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic as an all female team of 4. Daisy's team ‘Full Throttle’ took on an additional 688 mile cycle to the start line in La Gomera, ahead of rowing across the Atlantic attempting to be the most carbon conscious campaign to date.

Having worked as an Asset Manager for the past 10 years, Harry joined RAW Energy earlier this year. “I’m excited to work for Raw Energy, where I can transfer my Commercial and Project Management skillset through to the Renewable Energy sector.
Harry is always keen to offer new ideas and solutions to optimise performance and increase the lifespan of any Assets we manage, currently working on our Anaerobic Digestion projects. You can email him here if you have any specific questions.

Jai joined RAW Energy as a Financial Analyst after completing his master’s in finance from Lancaster University. With a rich background in various internships and entrepreneurial experience managing his own small fund, He brings a dynamic approach to our financial team. He has a passion for financial modelling and excels in working on M&A deals, finding joy in the intricate details and strategic planning involved.
Outside of work, Jai is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing and watching all kinds of sports, with a particular love for tennis, having participated both as a player and a coach.

Suzanne joined Raw Energy as our Office Manager & PA in February 2024 with 30 years+ experience in office management. Suzanne joins us from a G.P. Surgery where she was responsible for the management of an administrative / reception team. She enjoys keeping fit and can often be seen running (slowly) around the beautiful Cotswold countryside. She also enjoys spending time with her family.

Viktor is a highly experienced market strategist with a robust background in strategy and consulting, backed by a degree in Economics. Prior to joining Raw Energy, Viktor worked in the telecommunications sector sourcing Seed and Series A investments in Europe and South Africa, as well as executing high-profile corporate partnerships. This experience has provided him with a solid foundation in market analysis and financial acumen. His expertise in these areas, combined with strategic insights, makes him a key player in driving business growth and innovation in our go-to-market strategy initiatives.
